The total sum you can send in a single transfer varies based on your methods of payment and receipt:

• Cash in-store – 6,000 EUR to a bank account, or 5,000 EUR for cash pickup
• Bank transfer – 50,000 EUR to a bank account, or 5,000 EUR for cash pickup
• Credit²/debit card – 5,000 EUR

It’s easy to send money to the United States online. To get started:

1. Register or log in to your Western Union profile, then click ‘Send money’.
2. Select the United States as your chosen destination, then enter the amount you wish to send.
3. Choose your methods of payment and receipt.
4. You’ll receive an estimate here if you’re happy to continue to the next page.
5. Enter your receiver’s details and complete your transfer.

Once done, you’ll receive a unique tracking number (MTCN) to track your transfer. Share this number with your receiver so they can access their funds.
